Message types
SMS may include promotional messages and, when separately selected, order confirmations, shipping/delivery updates, customer-support messages, account notifications and concierge/service communications.

SMS sign-ups happen only through the chat widget on our website; no other website form collects phone numbers. By explicitly opting in through the consent options in the chat widget, you agree to receive the category of text messages described in that specific consent selection.

Marketing messages
Users who separately opt in to marketing SMS may receive special offers, discounts, product launches, promotions, member-only previews, and service updates from Salo Society.

Non-marketing messages

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
