1. The site
We operate salosociety.com as a curated retail experience. Orders are fulfilled through our Shopify-powered backend.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order or create an account.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us at customerservice@salosociety.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Orders, prices, and availability
Prices are shown in USD by default and can be displayed in other currencies for convenience; final charges are in the currency presented at checkout. We may decline or cancel any order, refund the payment, and notify you — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other Shopify-supported providers. We do not store full card numbers.
6. Shipping and risk of loss
See the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property
The site, brand, and all content are owned by Salo Society or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use the marks without our written permission.
9. User content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host and display it on the site. You confirm you own or have the right to share it. We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise unacceptable.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited messages or unlawful content.
11. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salo Society's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change; material changes will be flagged on the site.
